I am linked with RFA to two computers. However, unless I am next to the computer it shows offline. Any suggestions?

Navigate to 'BlackBerry Link' under settings and make sure 'use mobile network' is checked otherwise it will only work when Link and your device are on the same wifi network

I have the same probl�m. Lastest BB Link. Lastest OS 10.2.1 update on my Z10. Wifi access enabled, link in phone enabled, paired device .. configured shared folders in BB Link .. and still says .. "your pc is offline .. bla bla ..", restart PC or z10 doesnt help. Firewall off .. no need cedular network if you are on same wifi.

What version of Windows? Some folks have just not been able to get it to work. Others almost no problems. Win Vista Home Premium 64 and mine does work.
