I just had a look at European online store today, and it was priced around 600 euros.

I knew it wouldn't have the rich ecosystems of Android or Ios, but after reading some threads I see it doesn't have many nifty features of the former blackberries either. And some standard features like Imap or else don't seem quite finished...

It seems I can have better phones for 200 euros.

That was actually a question in my mind as well - whether the phone is too big? But I think that was a typo

You need to evaluate the phone according to your needs and then see if it's worth the 600 euros or not....rather than trying to get the latest device just because.....prices are usually higher when the phone's been just released and with such limited availability, I would think they would remain in this range till March or maybe even April.

Well I would never invest 600 euros in a phone, whatever brand, whatever OS.

But then I already own a tablet and a camera, so maybe I am biased towards the "phone-phone" function.

However, based on my knowledge of Nokia, Sony offers and others, this Z10 doesn't deserve the price of a flagship at all.

Remember that here in Europe, all prices include the VAT anything between about 15% to 26%.
I bought my Z10 on the 31st, out of contract from carphonewearhouse for �384 + VAT = �480.

�384 doesn't sound too much to me for a phone as good as this.

Yes if you can get it on google play. The high street unsubsidised price is the same as the z10 and it has no SD expansion slot or removable battery.

But the Nexus 4 is two times cheaper than the Z10 ^^

For the same price on the same store I can have an HTC One X 64 Go or a Samsung SIII 4G. An OS not limited by Blackberry's pix poor work and lots of superior hardware specs.

For a bit cheaper I can have the Galaxy Note II. For almost 100 euros cheaper they propose the HTC One X or Samsung SIII 16 Go...

How much do you bet in six months those Z10 will be sold at 100 euros on eBay ?
