I have both the wall mounted and car 1.8 amp chargers for my Z10. BBRY original equipment purchased from CB.
I'm using an app, Battery Charger for Blackberry 10 by bbcubezone, to monitor charging rates.
With the wall mounted 1.8 A charger, the charging rate never exceeds 1100 mA.
With the car 1.8 A charger, the charging rate never exceeds 900 mA.
The Battery Charger Bundle shows to be charging at a rate of about 500 mA.
Do you see similar results, or have a better app/method to monitor actual charging rates?
    Thanks
    Jamie

1100mAh sounds about right. The max current is 1.2Ah. The other 500 goes to the USB port on the car charger.

The battery bundle is not supposed to be used as an external charger.

Also, don't expect the full 1800! Even the most powerful charger, charging slows down to a crawl when the battery is reaching 100%

When I use the battery bundle to charge my Z10, I only get about 60-65% additional battery life.

The better choice is to swap the battery if you can.

Does anyone else use the wall charger that came with the Playbook to charge their Z10? I find it charges quicker and my battery lasts longer than charging with the car charger or the wall charger that came with it.

People say a lot of crazy stuff about battery charging / discharging. The simple fact is a phone isn't the physics lab you need to do the testing to support many of the statements you can read here.
