I just did a backup using BlackBerry Link but I don't see where it backed up my contacts, passwords, remember entries. I see where it backed up my music, pics and videos. Where does the rest go?

Hi!!
BBLink makes a backup called a .bbb file and it saves all the contact info in the application data. It also backs up setting on your pgone. When you try to restore your info, you will see three choices on the screen. media, settings and application data. The info it save is in a file type that only bblink can open.

Is this what you were after?
I believe you can direct it to PLACE the bbb file on your desktop or to some other specified folder.
