I've had both..im in the Z10 now....and it's a tuff choice there both great....the battery on the q10 is way better...I'm not sure y they went with a smaller battery on the z10....has bigger screen...But I did enjoy that physical keyboard....it comes down to preference...ya can't go wrong with ethier

As others mentioned, greatest touch keyboard, and larger screen.
It's all about personal preference, some just like the physical keyboard and doesn't matter for them the larger screen for files and browsing.

I came from a 9900 and I was trying to make the same decision but for me the loss of the trackpad was a deal beaker for me. So I made the jump to a z10 because of the screen real estate and I tried out the keyboard and discovered that it's not that bad at all. I'm about as fast as I was on my 9900. I thought I would never get over a 9900 with that trackpad and keyboard but it was a smooth transition and I have not looked back and I don't regret the decision. For me overall I would get the z10 because everything flows better on the bigger screen. I think the physical keyboard is the only reason people get q10s. Try the keyboard on a z10 and you will be hooked. Good luck.

Same here but from a bold 9700 was holding out for the Q but got the Z10 to try and loving it

Hi, I have the Z10, I was using a Torch 9810 with the physical key board and enjoyed that but I wonted to try the 10os and like a new challenge occasionally so I went for the Z10.

I love the Z10 but ran into an issue this week, I did not know my pin number, I tried finding it on the phone but could not do so. I did a search and learned that one can use there key board and they told how, sorry right how I don't have that article and don't recall just what it said.

I tried using the key board on the Z10 but not luck, this is when I thought Okay if I had a Q10.

To make a long story short, another way for one can get there pin number is to open BlackBerry Link and it will show there, That is where I found mine.

Another thing if you have your Z10 in a case, like I use the Crackberry case, most people will think that you are using and iPhone, I hear that all the time, but that does give me the chance to say "no BlackBerry," most just give you a strange look a few will say oh "I use to have a BlackBerry and liked it"...!

So if you wont a stand out phone go with the Q10.
If that does not matter you may be happy with the Z.

Currently using a Q10, but had a Z10 from Feb - July.

Z10: beautiful display, amazing virtual keyboard. Was actually very happy with it, we just needed another new phone in the family and it gave me the opportunity to try the Q out. The only real sore point with me was battery life; wasn't "bad", but I found myself with a few of the battery bundles that I kept in strategic places. Put in perspective, the Z10's battery life is still better than the 9900's.

Q10: Better overall "feel". The physical keyboard is fantastic, though in all honesty I think I was able to type faster on the Z's virtual kb after I'd gotten used to it. Even so, yes, I like the feel of the physical keys. The case also fits my hand better due to the rounded "glass weave" back. The smaller screen isn't really a problem for me (though it occasionally interferes with isolated apps), and I personally like a device that never changes orientation. Battery life is excellent.

Z10 for the screen. My wife had to have the Q10 for the keyboard. I find I am slower typing than I used to be on my 9900

This happen to me to on my old 9900 i was tipping like crazy but with Z10 i enjoy every word i tap is wonderful
Screen is perfect, os perfect 10.2 and the battery life after i disabled Facebook, Twitter and other notification is awesome as well
