Q10 if you feel the need to have a physical keyboard. or, the Z10, if you're over the keyboard and want or are accustomed to using a full touchscreen device with an onscreen keyboard. If the Z10 happens to be my last BlackBerry device- I'm good with that.....because with the latest versions of 10.2 leaks my LTE BlackBerry does exactly what I need it to do. Regardless of what you read, the BlackBerries are awesome.....and I utilize all three platforms. Good Luck.

Want a physical keyboard? Yes: Q, No: Z
Want a large screen? Yes: Z, No: Q

The Z is the next best alternative to a physical keyboard and worth the extra screen space. The Q would be easier to type without looking.

The Z keyboard is simply amazing so wouldn't be the keyboard but the battery the only reason to choose a Q10.

Iam using Z10. Drawback for me is the battery life. Very productive in editing office format documents.
Hope they will release OEM high capacity battery for Z10. Atleast 2500mh to "keep moving "

Z10 for the screen. My wife had to have the Q10 for the keyboard. I find I am slower typing than I used to be on my 9900

I have both and I have a great deal of trouble deciding which to use each day! Normally a flip a coin and that is how I choose which to carry each day.

I came from a 9900 and I was trying to make the same decision but for me the loss of the trackpad was a deal beaker for me. So I made the jump to a z10 because of the screen real estate and I tried out the keyboard and discovered that it's not that bad at all. I'm about as fast as I was on my 9900. I thought I would never get over a 9900 with that trackpad and keyboard but it was a smooth transition and I have not looked back and I don't regret the decision. For me overall I would get the z10 because everything flows better on the bigger screen. I think the physical keyboard is the only reason people get q10s. Try the keyboard on a z10 and you will be hooked. Good luck.

Because you don't have the bb button and other menus like the 9900 in the Q10, I made the switch back to Z10 after just one week experience. To me, if the Q doesn't have those button, having a physical keyboard but have to navigate using touchscreen to access menu...JUST DOESNT MAKE SENSE. so with that, I'll say go with the Z. you will appreciate the larger screen. And if you use regular formal words (vs. Slang) , regardless of language...you'll be amazed how good the auto correction on the Z.

I've had the z10 since launch because I wanted to give the virtual keyboard a chance again. Never was impressed with Android and iPhone offerings. Even after a year, I think I would still prefer the Q10 more. Words are still misspelled but not as bad as other platforms but when I still get u instead of I after a year it bugs me. Physical keyboards just give me more confidence in my typing. Plus, I really miss all the keyboard shortcuts cuts you get with the Q10.

I'd probably go with the Q10 if I had it to do over again.

Q10 has too small a screen if you are into a lot of apps and browsing. Z10 is good but really want the bigger Z30 in a few weeks... switching to Bell after Rogers dropped supporting the prosumer!

I swore I would never switch to a touch keyboard until I saw videos on the z10. They were correct. It's really easy to master after a few weeks. So much, I'd never go back to a physical keyboard. I really hope bb does not go under. I've tried every phone out there and nothing comes close to bb10 touch.

The Z10 all the way. The keyboard is amazing. The "flick" function is fantastic and the self correct makes life easier. The bigger screen is awesome, especially if you are watching video or gaming.
