    Does anyone else have a problem where if they place their phone down on the desk, it reboots? I don't feel as though i'm placing my phone down aggressively, or with to much force.

    From a hardware standpoint, it seems that maybe a bad connection with the battery or something like that. I don't see how software would be the cause of the problem..

    My husband was having that problem with his Q10. He fixed it by stuffing a little folded piece of paper between the battery and the housing to push the battery more firmly against the contacts. It's a little Mickey Mouse, but it worked for him.

    Yes. It is a loose battery. Well documented. Better Mickey Mouse than nothing...

    Thanks for the advice, worked like a charm. I folded a business card, and cut half of it off, folded it and was able to close the lid. Much better now!
