    I tried purchasing an app on BlackBerry World but it came up with an error saying there was a problem with credit card authorization but I received an sms saying my credit card was charged. No app was installed. Any advice?

    Check on your account to see if you really have been charged., and try to re-download the app.
    If you can't write to the developper about it.
    Do you have an order number and the casual order confirmation in your e-mail?
