My proximity sensor is not working. I am on OS 10.2.3062. The problem came after I updated it from 10.2.2977 to 10.2.3062. What should I do now?

Start simple with a hard reboot, if that doesn't work then a backup/sic wipe. Then to narrow it down to software or hardware try a full backup and downgrade from an autoloader to see if it comes back, or just try a different more modern OS.

My z10 light sensor died so it wouldn't auto dim or brighten, headphone jack went out causing all earbuds to crackle, as well as the mic which would work with speaker but not calls. Being their first "modern" phone it's not the most reliable BB.

I replaced the mic and headphone jack and both work fine now, but have not done a prox sensor before so can't tell you if it's an easy hardware fix.
