Hello guys, do you have problems accessing BlackBerry world? I'm using wifi and all internet is working fine, but wotld can not be opened.

Do you get BBM?
Additionally, do you see the BlackBerry sign next to the wifi beacon sign?

I have the same problem but it is only when connected to wifi.

If I switch it off then it gets back to normal.

Go into your settings go to about drop down menu pick network and press three little dots in bottom left and hit the register BlackBerry.

What do you mean by hard reset? Is it different compared to regular reset? I already performed reset few times.

No, I'm not signed in bbid. It says my network (wifi) is not working although i have access to web and all other services

I believe. That's why sign in and it should work.

In fact i can not sign into bbid. It doesn't allow me. It always reports error on network although all is workung fibe. Both wifi and and gsm network. I dont know how i can solve this...

A hard rest is done by holding the volume up and down buttons for 30 second until you see the blue loading circle.

Well try pulling out the SIM card and reinstalling. You could do a wipe but it's quite long and you have to back up your stuff

Just done that with sim card. If i use data services (gsm network) it logs me in. If i use wifi then bbid is not recognized

No it is a universal problem at least in some regions.
Ni BlackBerry services via wifi.
Only via carrier.

The rest of the Internet connection does not have a problem.
Only BlackBerry services.

Thanks guys! It appears that is something related to BlackBerry services. Now it started to work by itself. Strange!!! Hopefully it will be solved soon.
