    After I downloaded the new update, I'm not able to play any video on instagram or vine, it plays itself with a speed which I'm not able to see the video or even listen to it, any help?

    I too have that problem and is the only major problem encountered upto now with 10.3.1 by me.
    Reloading takes a lot of time though, any other options?
