Since blacberry z 10 10.2 update i cannot make the text bold anymore.

There was an option to make text bigger and bold,which i always made bold to see text easier to read.

Additionally, I names aren't showing up in mine. All I see is numbers and no option to change that.

Battery still draining fast after few days after update and lot of trouble with phonebook.After years of having blackberrys i now am thinking of changing to another make of mobile,blackberry has put final nail in their downfall.

Try turning your phone on the airplane mode and pulling the battery for 30 minutes. I had the exact same problem even after several days with the new O/S and it did the trick. Things really calmed down. Not sure what kind of phone book problems you are encountering, but try the first suggestion and let me know. It was a one time deal for me, and I never had to do it again. My battery life is great for me now
