    Hello everyone please help me. I have a problem with my blackberry z10. I can receive the software update to blackberry 10.1 as i currently using blackberry 10.0.10.690 on Blackberry Z10 STL-1000-2. I live in Cambodia and using carrier Smart.
    Please help me. Hopefully...

    Well, what's the problem, more exactly? I mean, if you say you can receive the software update. ..

    Did you try searching for it ? Maybe you had put in a folder. Or, did you resideload another version and then delete the BlackBerry world?
