Just a routine day. Get out the leaves, well, some of them (I filled four of the larger bins at neighbors' homes and this is the 4th week). And did a hike. (those were collected and just filled two large bins and 4 of the smaller containers)

Well, if it's exercise you want, I'm sure my neighbors would appreciate it if you hike over here and help them with their leaves! :-D by the time you get here, all the rest will have dropped. Personally, I use power equipment!

I don't know what happened to my pictures on the CB10 app. All that HTML crap again. Can see them from the browser ok. The second to last pic got in there by accident, but the Maple on the left is what my 2 year old Maple on the right will hopefully look like someday!

They showed up in both of your posts!!!!!!!!!!!! In vivid fall colors. Let's see, I think I used 6 neighbors' large bin. I had 9 additional buckets at my lot and two additional bags at another neighbor's lot. And there's more leaves to come. to come. to come..............

Some fool planted TEN Pin Oaks on my corner lot with the City's permission (no, not me, the previous owners). They are no longer an approved street tree - heave sidewalks and street, aphids like them (leaving "honey dew" droppings on parked cars and they dribble off the leaves over about a 4 month period making for a continuous mess. Actually, just got my Greenworks battery powered blower this week - hurricane force. Trying to use a corded blower weaving through 10 oaks over 200 or more feet of corner lot is a pain. As for neighbor - mine is terrific she thinks blowing and raking my leaves is cheaper than a gym membership. She's also concerned about urban flood if the drains plug. There's nothing to flood but I don't disabuse her of the notion!

That's more than enough for me. I just use my lawn tractor and pull behind sweeper and my quarter acre is done in no time. Sounds like I need to come your way and help you out! :-D

Besides the pin oaks, there's 3 apple trees, a cherry tree, two red maples and a birch in the back yard. Oh, I forgot the plum! All this on a 5,000 sq ft lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
