    Hello,

    I was wondering if there is a connection between sd card and poor battery performance...

    I noticed that my sd card is always very hot... maybe this drains battery. I will check tomorrow removing it. And BTW my sd card is a ultra speed SanDisk.

    Your SD card is probably hot because your phone is hot. How long have you had the phone? Have you sideloaded any apps? Are you syncing any thing to your Box or Dropbox account?

    There are many factors to your phone getting hot and I doubt its the SD card

    No sd is getting hot independently of the phone temperature. I have z10 since start of February. Never side loaded any app.
