Try rebooting your device. It looks like it's trying to connect to your computer.

Yes remove the battery. If that doesn't work, connect it to your computer and run BlackBerry Link and see what happens.

You don't need to explain. There is a known fix for this -- performing a full reload. Please search the forums for instructions for a full reload. I've posted them in at least two threads myself and others have as well.
