Plex streaming To a Z10 working!

I'm running Plex media server 0.9.7.12, just updated and when I updated the notes mentioned that the web interface has been updated. So after updating I think hmmm I wonder what the Z10 would make of the built in web interface.......

3 minutes later I'm watching Justified on my Z10 via the web app in full screen landscape. It works GREAT, no sync issues, slowness etc.

It ran my 720p content and 1080p content with no issues. VERY nice.

Post on Plex site asking about a client for BB10, they already have an Android port that works for Playbook should be cake getting same thing over to BB10.

Cool! On the topic of converting (porting) and installing free android apps and streaming content to the z10:

I used that website to convert an .apk to .bar file for the free android app used to connect with my Seagate goflex satellite portable wireless 500GB hard drive. Even though the browser works fine too, it is nice to have the app. I originally installed it onto the PlayBook, worked great. It also works great on the z10. No issues, streams content flawlessly.

Not really dlna related though, but worth mentioning. Makes me wonder why more developers don't port.

I'm loving this phone!

Plex Web works awesome on Z10! I ported the Plex app too to my Z10 but I really like using the Plex Web via the browser. Videos play quick and beautifully without hesitation.

Those jerks...went back so I could possibly add page to home screen and now it won't work. States it doesn't work with my current browser.

Most recent version of the Android app also works flawlessly when side loaded. Honestly, it loads faster than plex does on my Sony Google to.
