    Hi guys, please how do i fix this mess?

    been like this since 10.1 lunched last week and it has refused to update past 40%. Soooooo frustrating. ive retried a thousand times, checked all settings, took out sim card, no good, nor is wifi only, tried using the web but stops at 65% and gives a fatal error, tried using bb link but it wont give me any indication that theres an update available. only option left is suicide or smashing my phone into a million pieces if CB cant help... and i freaking love this phone

    Please Help! z10 wont update to 10.1.. keeps stopping at 40% :(-img_00000421.jpg

    Restart the phone and try again. Sounds like the first time it had a hiccup, the download stayed in cache. Idk

    Restarted a bunch of times to.. even after I pulled the battery out.. still no good
