recently returned a samsung digital camera because when I was charging it, it got so hot I thought the insides

were melting. Don't know about your phone but I can imagine.

PS I ended up with an olympus camera which I really like.

I don't play games but my phone is at or above 35 degrees according to battery guru. My phone locked up 3 times already and I'm beginning to think about exchanging it. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I'm on wifi right now and the phone is very warm on the back left side.

Overheating would be it is wrecking the phone. Is your phone not working due to overheating?

I have a burn mark on my cheek. Rogers says that is not normal so they are exchanging it. 99 degrees F is definitely not cool.

Im getting 103 F when im doing long phone conversation 20+ min......i could feel the heat thru the screen

Well mine over heated and melted the phone battery went round and melted out of the phone back cover side sim card I have photos not sure how to post it called blackberry told me so and didn't care go back to were I buy the phone and they like can't be fix go to your 2nd coverage plan so I have to pay 120 wth it was June I got it so I'm fighting with fido and the 2nd plan coverage

my blackberry z10 tends to heat up when i run apps especially gaming apps just for a little bit and it heats up alot, is this problem accruing with all z10's or is it just me and is there a solutiuon

I've had 12 BB10 devices. They can get warm running unity heavy apps but never to a level if the device having a problem.

It's not an xbox, the heat shouldn't break it
