My z10 was getting switched off suddenly and it is not getting started until it was connected to charger....after restarting it was showing as full charge......anybody please help me and sorry for the bad english.

connect your phone in your computer and format it with the BlackBerry Link .. I'm not sure if that will work but if you don't have any solution try it.

It is indication of dead battery. Why don't you change battery.

1st time the prob is not solved they simply updated my os and software and returned my mobile, i faced the same issue with in 1 hr and I shouted at them about the service, they immediately changed my battery....
