Hi, I have some contact that have a PlayBook and the PlayBook video chat option does not appear.

Does any of you have the same problem?

Do you have the contacts email address that they use for their BBID on your Z10?

That's how you see them, you have to have their BBID listed in their contact info otherwise you don't see them. This is how BBRY determines for you if the contact has BBM and a Playbook.

You cannot at that this time. They can call you but that's it for now.

Actually you can. I called a friends pb the other day. If you can, get them to send you the pin from their pb and add it to their contact profile.
