    Bought a Z10 a week back with a version of OS 10.0 on it. After upgrading to 10.2.0.424, my Pictures folder shows up, but the app closes the second the it opens, and then opens the next app thats on the live tiles screen.

    Download BlackBerry Link and reload the OS. (remember to backup)
    Or download and side load the file manager app
    Or upgrade with a leak.

    I have the same problem when open "picture" in my Z10 with OS 10.2.0.429. Did you solve this problem? How?
