    Out of the blue this has occurred...

    When I receive a phone call there is no sound if set to Normal and no vibration if set to Vibrate.

    However, the phone will vibrate or ring when I receive a text, etc. It will also play music...so the speakers work (and the vibrate function works), but when someone calls me th Eph one Acts as if I have set it on Silent.

    What in the world is happening?!?!?!?

    First thought: do you somehow have global phone settings mixed up with individual contact settings?
