These icons often disappear after I've used my Z10 for awhile. The icons are visible at the Active Frames but they don't seem to be functioning. Every time this happens I will restart my phone and the icons will be visible again. How do I fix this problem? It's quite bothering when you have to restart your phone 2-5 times a day.

Do you have parental controls turned on? If so, that is your issue. Just turn it off. If not, post your os version and BlackBerry model and more help will come from the forum.

Thank you. It worked but I purposely turned it on to have different pictures for the lock screen and background theme. Is it possible for that to happen without turning on the parental controls?

Not that I know of. But it may be possible. I don't worry about that so don't know. Somebody here may know and come around and say.

Not sure what happened but icons are now functional even when parental control is on.
