let me guess....you did the upgrade as an OTA?

download the OS from here and install it yourself on your phone. You have gotten a bad install.

Nope, installed from Bell mobility when it became available early last week. Never noticed until I received calls/texts and numbers were only showing.

Try changing the format of the phone number in your contacts to (xxx)-(xxx)-(xxxx). i.e. area code-123-4567.

No problem on my Z10STL100-3/10.3.2.2339 nor on prior OS versions. Phone number formats found in my Contacts:
xxx-xxx-xxxx
(xxx) xxx-xxxx
+1-xxx-xxx-xxxx
xxx.xxx.xxxx
and more variations...

Try this: edit the contact and then save it. It seems to force a sync between Contacts and call/text log.

Already added numbers back to most of my contacts. Took a while but back in business. OS 10.3.2 seems to have speed up the overall performance of the z10.
