I am unfortunately and there are no errors in the logs. It just drops over the course of time.

I just had this happen to one of my users as well.... strange one. The tell-tale sign is that the BlackBerry symbol is missing beside the signal bars. This used to happen on BBOS the odd time, and usually a battery pull would bring it back. Sometimes turning the radio off for a while and back on would fix it as well.
I just had the user battery pull his Z10 and upon rebooting, it came back and he's good to go.

As a side note, I noticed that (after repeated emails telling him to upgrade) he's still on the release version of BB10 (10.0.9.2372). Now that BB10.1 is here I told him to upgrade tonight. I wish we could push OS updates to our users!

If it happens again, I'll log a call with BlackBerry.
