    My phone died today, because it got to 0%. No big deal right? Well when I turned it back on, all my apps are out of order and my BlackBerry Hub keeps on restarting in an infinite loop. And who knows what else is happening on my phone that I haven't discovered yet? I've tried a hard reset multiple times but no change. What do I do?

    By hard reset, do you mean holding the top buttom till you see the BB loading screen and ignoring all on-screen prompts (or the alternative holding the volume rockers till it reboots)? I hope it's not a Q/Z10 and you've been pulling the battery out - that just messes things up more.

    Turn it off, and let it charge, then do the top buttom reset and see if it "finds its north".

    Reload os dude and while the process is going on have a coffee or a coke(your preference). That's it u will be good to go in no time.

    Sure, but he'll lose his data. I rather offer less destructive solutions before telling a fella to nuke his device clean.
