My phone app has 3 icons on the top, one used to me my voice mail, how do I get that back?
How do I set those icon up?

Long press one of the speed dial icons, from within the phone app, until a side menu pops up on the right. Click on the voice mail icon with plus sign to add a new tile. You should then be able to edit the actual numbers.

There are two different speed dial lists that you can add contacts or numbers to.You can add a total of nine contacts or numbers to the speed dial list on the Calls screen. You can also add contacts or numbers to the keyboard speed dial list, so that you can dial a number by pressing and holding a single key on your keyboard. By default, your voicemail access number is included in your speed dial list.
In the Phone app, tap contacts .
Touch and hold a contact or phone number.
Tap star

Search speed dial in your phones help section.

When I hold it I only get the delete option, nothing else
