    I select a certain ring tone for contact in my contact list and save but it still uses the default one. I'm using 10.1 on Verizon and have a Z10.

    Hi and welcome.
    I'm on Verizon and have a Z10 but I never used 10.1
    I am on 10.2 and my contacts individual ringtones work. Hope someone can help you out.
