Hey guys just advice really...when I slide my finger up on standby mode think it's called peek. how far up the screen before it activates??? As my finger is nearly at top of screen and becomes pointless as it's after the notifications on the left. Unless I'm doing something wrong can you calibrate it at all

For peek, you slide your finger over the icons and it shows to the right.

I actually turn mine off cuz if I have my phone locked I don't want people reading all that stuff.

You need to start your swipe upwards from the bezel where it says BlackBerry first and the peek should start to activate as you swipe up and should be fully activated by the time you get to the middle part of the display. Moving the swipe then to the right will then peek into the Hub too.

I always do it that way. Just only seems to work occasionally and when it does its more like the top of the screen when it realises what I'm doing

Peek is only available when the phone is unlocked. If you are referring to the lock screen I'm not sure what you mean. When your starting to swipe up the screen slowly changes to reveal what you last had open. If you are trying to unlock then just one fluid swipe up does the trick or mine unlocks around the halfway point.
