    My Z10 has been pretty trouble free since I got it.

    Woke up this morning to the above error showing on the lock screen. Z10 was not plugged in, just sleeping. Usual icons were not showing (new mail etc), normal desktop image was visible).

    It rejected my password twice before I decided to reboot (held top button till the restart icon on the lower right appeared) . Restart stopped at the screen showing BLACKBERRY. I pulled the battery and it restarted successfully (probably the second time I've pulled the battery in 4 months).

    I had 1app running when I went to bed (data usage counter).

    Search turned up nothing.

    Anyone else have this happen?

    Not me sorry. Was this BB also BES activated by chance?

    No BES, company uses IBM Traveler instead.
