Which OS? I've used picture password since it was introduced on a Z10, Z30 and now on my Passport without any issues *knock on wood* lol just wondering if it's something that was restricted to a certain OS that one carrier might have gotten that another didn't. I'm on Rogers and always updated to the latest OS once it's released.

Had that happen to me, stopped after I put the photo on the device and not on the memory card. I got past it by shutting the screen off and turning it back on. Frightening the first time, annoying the second time

I have used the picture password for my Zed10 for months if not over a year. I actually don't remember when I started using it. I also use a really long password

Picture password. I can comfortably open my phone even when strangers are beside me. And i find it easier to do using one hand than typing using both hands on alphanumeric pw
