Hello, today this update showed up, but it got stuck installing at 41% (164mb of 393mb). I have at least 700 mb left.

Is it safe to reset the phone or if I do that it is going to brick? I also tried updating it via bb link but it gives me an error. Just in case I deleted some apps, all of my videos, photos in internal memory, but it is the same, it's stuck at 41% ! Need help !

Mine keeps saying my download was interrupted. Tried about 5 times to start the update. Anyone else having this issue? I'm on Bell Mobility with a Z30

Try to install it with Blackberry Link. All I need to know is if I can reset the phone with no problem or is it going to die ?

I've tried updating using link and get a "fatal error"when it gets to about 90% installed.

Connect to WIFI if you aren't already. Others have had their update stop like that when not using WIFI.

ITried both over the air and via link. It was just about ready to do a security wipe and try it that way, when it finally updated OTA.

Not sure what was happening but it apppeared some of my Android apps kept filling up my memory for some reason. I started the update with 1.7 GB free but the memory kept filling up to where I had less the 400 MB free. I deleted apps until i had enough to continue with the update and it finally completed.
