    I tried to use a leaked OS but something on there didn't work so I went back to the leak that was there before.but the phone seems a little slow and choppy.
    any idea on how to make it right again if possible.

    Did you do a security wipe and/or restore at any point in the process?

    It will be slow for a few days that's normal on any new OS load up on many devices.

    Maybe do a security wipe and reload again in a day or so if it not clear up.
