I can't tell you why that is. Maybe it is because you are running a leaked version. This is a small update and I suggest you turn to the help thread.

I didn't get the update. I am also with WIND Mobile (Toronto) and my version is 10.2.1.537. What version number do you have?

I got the notification for 293mb, hope it's okay since majority of them are saying the update size is 39 mb something like that.

That's odd. I plugged my device into my laptop and found an update via BlackBerry Link, but the version number is the same as the one on my device.

I just realized that I was looking at the "Software Release Version" number, not the "OS Version" number. Here's mine:
Software Release: 10.2.1.537
OS Version: 10.2.1925
