okay so I D/L OS 10.3.2.2813 software10.3.2.2530 the problem I'm getting is the phone will not makes calls.
I had to pull the battery to get it to work is this a problem with this OS. and now when I try another call I get the same effect
have to pull battery any idea?

Was it an OTA update or did you use an autoloader? I'm running this Os on my stl100-1 and have no problems with phone calls. My battery is kinda crazy but that's just my phone begging for retirement.
