    my Microsoft exch-activesync account showing ERROR not responding. I really fed up with the ERROR...

    I tried same setting on my android phone as well iPad both work fines, but BBZ10 keeps coming same popup-SERVER NOT RESPONDING.

    ANYONE COULD HELP ME HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE.

    Don't use the leak? I mean, you have to know some things are broken. If this wasn't an issue on 10.1, go back to it.

    In our office, we have most of our users on 10.1 while I'm running the latest 10.2 leak. ActiveSync works fine on both OS but saving attachments doesn't work on any version of 10.1 or 10.2. There is definitely something screwy with how BlackBerry has implemented AS.

    Have you checked with your IT admin? If same settings work fine on Android/Apple then there must be settings on your Exchange server blocking Blackberry Z10.

    I have 2 EAS accounts running. No issues on either. I can open and save attachments.
    I'm on 10.2.0.1371 (until this afternoon, then to .1443).

    i spoiled there coffee time as well but they was unable to understand why cant connect to sync. teh same setup work fine with IPAD n android phone as well . i have no idea whats wrong but i need thi s

    well , i had 1371, it was working fine but while upgrade to higher OS seems unable to connect ..

    i need help why its happening

    yes sir, i sent almost two hours with them but failed to connect even no reason why cant connect .. same error server not responding ...
