I dont really know if this from factory or not ..but I never had an update
what you guys think?
I red also that there are many released versions of the OS I think is silly is not?

and besides this Im on week 2 with not BBM stil says server error...contact BB again and not fix yet...
im working in a Six floor building ..Im tempted to trow it from the terrace

That is the oldest buggiest Os avail, I recommend loading one of the leaks

The leak will wipe your device, but I'd think your BBM would have a better chance of working after the upgrade
Backup first.

Bell should be releasing a new Os soon if you can wait, but. 9.2372 was not ready for prime time in my opinion. Doesn't even have encryption settings

I have only had a few issues with this OS like it said my gf's text was from my dad which it wasn't lol
It randomly sent emails to people (I think my account may have been hacked or something )

Download the proper installer for your device, you can find them around here somewhere. Mega.com recommends chrome, but only ie10 would work for me..

Backup your device using BlackBerry Link. In the future, disable encryption before beginning.

Plug the device into computer and run the loader /installer. Pretty much a 1 click process. When the phone reboots it will go through the setup. One issue I had was I could not get past the update check. Checking would fail and ask to reboot. Removing my sim card and connecting to wifi let me get through the setup.

And 10.0.0.85 is the software version, to get your Os version type myver
Or look in settings >about >OS. It will show the software version and Os version. The os version is what we're looking at
