Dunno, don't play games often so never even bothered to check. Knowing BlackBerry Link and how hateful it can be at times, I'd not take my chances if that's a huge concern for you. Even if it does, there is always the chance it might not.

and something crazy and amazing happened

the freaking calendar is there WITHOUT having to wait for 24-48+ hours !
and even better...BOTH of my calendars are there
lol
so maybe it was a blackberry thing after all that broke 2 way sync via CalDAV with google

maybe this should be cross linked to the z10 section since it is z10 specific? and made a sticky?
even that thread about the google calendar problems might be helpful to make a sticky as it is indeed an issue on the older OS version that this one seems to fix..? or maybe just a link in the OP with that thread saying it fixes it.. since I have seen multiple threads regarding gmail calendar sync issues

NOTE: I do NOT have a sim card in the phone perhaps that is why it says 'no information available' for the 'Software Release' field..?

To install you download it, unzip it, plug your device in via USB to your Windows computer, run the file, press the power button until your device shuts off and wait for about 7-8 mins. The progress will be displayed in the window. Your device will wipe, reset and then boot up with a new OS. At some point your LED will turn green as well.. that's normal.. Just remember STL100-3 ONLY.

this is exactly what i did EXCEPT pressing the power button to turn off the phone (it turned it off automatically, saw the red LED pop up)

also if you have a password on your phone, it needs you to input the password in the msdos looking window that pops up when you double click the .exe
and while it is loading the OS the LED is green so don't touch anything

Hmm.. pretty sure it is as well but the file says -3. I know I wouldn't be trying it if i had a -2 lol.

You're not wrong, it is.
This OS probably comes with a radio file compatible only with the North American STL-3 LTE bands though, and not the UK STL-2 LTE bands... so I wouldn't try it.

Exactly -3 is north American LTE and -2 is UK I think. And this one definitely updates the radio so don't do it lol
