    Hi, I sent my old 9900 in under the trade in program from Toronto on 14 February. Checking up on it online it seems they haven't updated that it has been received. I emailed them and apparently the phones received here are collected then sent to a fulfillment center in Michigan... anyone in the same boat?

    FYI I checked again, my phone was received on 27 March, they say it will take 6-8 weeks to be issued with payment.
