    It's duplicated my contacts somehow then every time I try and send a sms it sends it as a mms which costs me money.
    This was only an issue after I used BlackBerry link to backup and restore my device in a bid to get an update.
    Thank you BlackBerry for a piece of **** software.
    Anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

    Click the contact affected in contacts, look for links and deleted the sim card contact.

    Make sure you SMS setting is to send texts as SMSs only. Hub > Text messages > advanced
