Facebook Messenger is built into the BlackBerry Hub which is simply a different method of allowing you to use the Messenger feature. Personally I prefer it this way rather than having a separate app, wish they went back to the old system for my other device as it's a little annoying to have to use the separate app when on non BlackBerry devices.

I on 2g network and there is no 3g or wi-fi in our area and messages are bit slow in hub that's why m asking otherwise I also love it

Messenger won't make your messages faster, it will be the same.

The way to do it using the hub is better, and I'm glad it's this way. I don't want a separate messenger app.

Sorry to say brother, but BlackBerry's don't work pretty on 2G networks. However you can constantly do the 'pull to refresh' thing inside the Facebook app (the native) to force check for new messages.

Plus, why isn't there 3G or Wifi in your area? Is it because your carrier doesn't provide 3G or is it not particularly available in your area?
