    Go grab June Networks PDANet.

    It will work in Bluetooth mode. Don't try using the WiFi hotspot (it'll blow up your Wifi connection and you'll have to restart the phone to clear it) but it works perfectly in Bluetooth mode.

    Your laptop has to have a bluetooth adapter and the PC-side software but it works exactly as it does on an Android device.
