Mobile1 is sending me notifications that there are updates available for some apps. When I check, they are all for apps from BlackBerry World.

Because they are android ports. The app detects an android app that isnt the most recent. It means the dev has updated that app for android but did not repackage and submit as a bar to bb world.

Not really, though a cute observation. It's that the BB World apps you have are Android-ports, so 1Mobile is showing the same apps with newer versions.

Just be aware that 1Mobile is not capable of updating apps installed from BB World. You need to uninstall the BB World apps in order to install the newer versions from 1Mobile (though I personally use both Snap and Aptoide).
