Hi all. I am suddenly not getting my emails from my hotmail account. I have checked the setting and passwords. All seems to be well. It only seems to download when I turn the phone off, then turn it back on again. And that's not always 100% either. What's the deal? Thanks for whatever help you can provide.

Did you try deleting the account and adding it again? Sometimes that works. Oh and make sure you add the SMTP username too.

I've had a similar problem for 5 days now, have deleted and resent service books. What's the SMTP name and where would I find it?
I have managed to point another email provider at the phone, it's only hotmail that won't work.

What happens if you refresh hotmail in the hub?
