i tried to update to 10.2 but i am unable to it does everything it suppose to but then when it reloads it still has my old os on it. not sure what i am doing wrong i have used google chrome to download the os. also i cant seem to find the os file on my computer i have downloaded it from mega. thanks for any help this is the first leaked os i have tried to upload on my z10. i read the how-to guide here on crackberry.

OK I think you have half the battle won here. Download the OS to your PC. FIND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
cable your phone to the PC. Double click the OS. and let it install.

That's how you do it.

first thanks you both for the help i found it i clicked on it. it did it dos screen looking thing but it only took like 5 sec and it still has 10.1 on it.oh i just need to ask do i need to delete a vender file

You need BlackBerry Link installed but not running when you upgrading

Restart your PC.
Double click on the auto loader file. It should stop at "connecting to boot rom"
Plug in phone to usb using cable.
