    Hi all

    I Installed whatsapp on my Z10, but after opening the whatsapp i am not able to see any of the contacts in the contacts list

    i reinstalled couple of time, done refresh in the contacts page but of no use

    can any one please help me to solve this issue

    i installed whatspp version 2.9.4662
    Blackberry 10 OS version 10.10.10.82

    In the contacts page, hit the overflow key (3 dots, bottom right) and click "Refresh contacts"

    i had the same problem. solution was unlinking all my phone contacts from their facebook profiles (on the phone ofc). after that all my old whatsapp contacts were shown.

    yeah done the same, it show refreshing contacts and after few second shows that refreshing completed but no contacts are displayed in the list

    yeah removed all the links to the contacts by deleting the face book , twitter accounts after deleting restarted the phone

    still the same output in the whatsapp no contacts are displayed either in favorites/in contacts list
