    Hi just picked up 2nd hand phone from ebay, reported as in 1st class condition. Unfortunately after setting up the device has no sound, media or notifications. Running bbve it fails on 3 points, all around audio. Any ideas what I can do to fix it, looks like a prob with speakers?

    try reloading the OS, if it stills fails.... well you either try to get your money back or look at ordering some parts and attempting to replace them yourself.
