hey friends !!
i bought a bb z10 cell it was working fine ...nd now it has get some
problem ... when i play music or some videos no sound there in its
speaker... i use my earphone and its working ... but why no sound
in phone speaker ??
i do many searches and i got to know that this problem is held
mostly with this cell ... they said u should press connection jumpers
in the back of phone near around the battery .... i tried press all
around but no sound .... may i didn't get that where i must
press ....
can someone help me with some pictures??

Same problem with me, but when I drop my Z10 the sound is back by it self,maybe sometimes we should get rough,,lol

Same issue here. Works fine with head phones but the speakers don't work.

Gently plug and UNplug headphones into the jack a few times in case the electrical contacts are stuck or stiff.

If you have warranty, you can contact your carrier. Also, make sure that the volume is up. Press the middle button between vol up/down to make sure it is not muted.

This tip help me out in my moment of need,
1.- grab you phone in one hand the display must be in touch my the hand.
2.- with your thumb hit the blackberry logo 3 times, you don�t need to be super powerfull
3.- go to settings notifications make a try to see if start working an the will be it.

had the same issue once my Z10 went to the floor and that fixed and haven�t used again

Same thing happened to me. Restart worked for me. Phone thinks headphones are still plugged in. Or at least that was my problem. I don't use headphones anymore.

Nitesh I put the steps to make it sound, this steps help me for recover my sound, have to try it yet?

ok so you must have a bigger issue or a OS problem you must try to reload your os for a final test and then if nothing happens try to send it over to tech on your carrier provider

Try to install BlackBerry virtual expert and check for the sounds...
Otherwise go to the service centre and get it replaced or repaired
