First things first. Be more specific. Does it ring? Can you hear notifications, will it work on speaker phone?

Do a hard reset, do not pull the battery. Hold down the up and down volume buttons at the same time and don't let go until the phone begins to reset.

Hard resets fix most issues but if yours if blown earpiece speaker than it will need to be fixed. Hopefully you're under warranty and can get a replacement.

Test your speakers with the BlackBerry Virtual Expert. You'll know whether it's a hardware problem or not. If it is, it needs repair or replacement. Check your warranty.

So you can hear on phone calls? If so, swipe down and make sure you didn't put your phone on Silent accidentally. We've all done it...not trying to be insulting.

This happened to mine yesterday. I tryed everything, checked all the settings, I think It will need repaired.
I did use the BlackBerry Virtual Expert, no sound there on speaker.

If Virtual Expert failed at the speaker part and a hard reset didn't work, you'll need to get it repaired or replaced.
